Objective: To?explore the?effect of uterine endometrial polyps in patients with application of hysteroscopy combined with Marvelon treatment. Methods: 70 patients with endometrial polyps patients analysis in our hospital, were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group underwent hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy,while the observation group after operation use marvelonon the basis of the control group. Two groups were observed in patients with therapeutic effect and recurrence. Results: The two groups of patients after the treatment of menstruation was reduced, the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the endometrial thickness in patients after treatment was significantly thinner, abnormal bleeding rate and recurrence rate is lower than the control group, P < 0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion: Hysteroscopy combined Marvelon in the patients with endometrial polyps,have good clinical effect, improve menstrual disorders, reduce the abnormal bleeding rate and polyp recurrence rate,are worthy of clinical application.
