Objective To investigate the effects of community-based rehabilitation treatment and rehabilitation for diabetes. Meth-ods hospital in March 2012 to March 2013 were treated 132 cases of diabetic patients studied were randomly divided into study group and the control group of 66 cases, the study group using community health nursing intervention and control group with conventional care. Results After treatment, blood glucose levels were decreased in both groups of patients, relative to untreated control group, the study group have higher efficiency, blood sugar levels, complications and secondary law hospitalization rates than the control group, with Compare statistically significant, P <0.05. Conclusion The community health nursing interventions can improve the quality of care for diabetes with clinical value.
