多层螺旋 CT 在卵巢肿瘤诊断中的临床价值分析

目的：：分析多层螺旋 CT 在卵巢肿瘤诊断中的临床价值。方法：回顾分析我院2012年1月-2013年10月收治的87例卵巢肿瘤患者术前经 CT 诊断表现。结果：经 CT 诊断，确诊率为94．3%，误诊率为5例，占5．7%。结论：卵巢肿瘤患者诊断中采取多层螺旋 CT，能够较为清晰的将肿瘤血管特征进行显示，为患者治疗提供科学依据。因此，多层螺旋 CT 可以作为诊断卵巢肿瘤的理想方法，具有较高的临床价值，值得推广使用。
objective: to analyze multislice CT clinical value in the diagnosis of ovarian tumors. Methods: retrospective analysis of our hospital in January 2012 - October 2013 treated 87 cases of ovarian cancer patients with preoperative CT diagnosis. Results: CT, the diagnosis rate was 94.3%, the misdiagnosis rate was 5 cases, accounting for 5.7%. Conclusion: the diagnosis of ovarian cancer patients take multislice CT, can be more clear, according to the characteristics of tumor blood vessels to provide scientific basis for patients. Therefore, MDCT can be used as an ideal method of diagnosis of ovarian tumors, has high clinical value, worthy of promotion of use.
