objective: to analysis of coronary heart disease (CHD) combined with type 2 diabetes coronary angiography results, explore the standardized treatment of coronary heart disease (CHD) with type 2 diabetes. Methods: sep 2011 to sep 2013, 66 cases of hospitalized with coronary heart disease (CHD) combined with type 2 diabetes (group A) compared with 66 cases of coronary heart disease patients without diabetes (group B) coronary angiography results for statistical analysis. Results: the coronary heart disease (CHD) with type 2 diabetes group of coronary artery lesions than non-diabetic group of serious, interventional therapy or coronary artery bypass more, statistical results are statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: coronary heart disease (CHD) with type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with coronary atherosclerotic lesions are more severe than those without diabetes, degree of multivessel lesions, diffuse venereal change is big, need to line more intervention and coronary artery bypass.
