Autophagy is a cellular material in eukaryotic organisms evolved a physiological process of normal metabolism, and it is one of the typeⅡform of programmed cell death. In recent years, with the deepening of autophagy and cancer research, it is found that cell autophagy can not only inhibit the occurrence of cancer of the liver, but also can promote the growth of liver cancer, therefore the dysfunction of autophagy in occurrence, development and treatment of liver cancer have close relationship.
