Objective:?To investigate the patients with gynecological operation in general anesthesia, the application of sufentanil and remifentanil anesthesia clinical effect.?Methods:?select our hospital patients with gynecological surgery under general anesthesia in 100 cases were analyzed, and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 50 cases in each group. The control group using remifentanil, sufentanil anesthesia was used in the observation group. Observation of anesthesia effect of two groups of pa-tients after extubation, and the degree of pain and sedation scores.?Results:?the observation group patients after extubation, the degree of pain was obviously less than in control group, patients with extubation 5min, 10min, 20min after the OAA/S score was significantly better than the control group, P<0.05, with statistical significance.?Conclusion:?for the patients with gynecological surgery under gen-eral anesthesia, the use of sufentanil anesthesia for better effect, can reduce the pain of patients, significantly improve the sedative effect, is worth the clinical promotion.
