objective: to study the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease CAT rating scale and the MMRC dyspnea index score of correlation. Methods:the clinical data from our hospital in February 2012 to October 2012 were patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, a total of 86 cases, lines of lung function in patients with COPD, CAT score and MMRC score, and correlation analysis of the results. Results:the CAT score increases with disease progression in patients with, the more severe symptoms in patients, mMRC score level is higher. Correlation analysis was carried out on the CAT score between MMRC score, the correlation coefficient is 0.65, P<0.01, comparing difference is statistically significant. Conclusion:the CAT rating scale and the MMRC dyspnea index score better correlation between, to provide clinical research significance.
