objective investigate the effect of continuous blood purification in the treatment of severe sepsis. Methods select 35 pa-tients with severe sepsis, all give CBP therapy. Results And successful cure of 26 cases (74.29%);And 9 cases (25.71%) died;After treat-ment of patients with various laboratory indexes is better than that of before the treatment, was statistically significant (P<0.05). Con-clusion CBP therapy can effectively improve hemodynamics, improve the successful rate, is worth promoting.
