Objective To investigate the feasibility of treatment iatrogenic colon perforation by colonic perforation disposal pipe un-der laparoscopy. Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data from 2006 to 2013 in our hospital laparoscopy colon perforation dis-posal canal treatment iatrogenic perforation of the colon, where 12 cases of diagnostic colonoscopy colon perforation, 6 cases of thera-peutic colonoscopy colon perforation. Results 16 cases were cured by laparoscopy colon perforation disposal pipe, 2 cases of colon per-foration break larger that laparotomy to open with a proximal colostomy. Bowel leakage, intra- abdominal infections and other compli-cations did not occur after surgery. Conclusions Laparoscopy colon perforation disposal canal treatment iatrogenic perforation of the colon is efficacy, and patients less pain, quick recovery, secure and reliable.
