摘要
目的：探讨血液透析室维持性血液透析（MHD）患者存在的肝炎病毒感染的相关危险因素及防范措施。方法：总结血液透析室的存在肝炎病毒感染的危险因素，并进行分析，提出相应的护理措施，并落实到实处。结果：在对血液透析室医院感染的各个环节进行详细分析，制定并落实严密的感控措施，有效的控制肝炎病毒感染的传播，提高了患者的生存质量，同时医务人员也得到了最大限度的保护。
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the relevant risk factors and preventive measures for MHD patients with hepatitis virus infec-tion in hemodialysis room. Methods:risk factors for hepatitis virus infection in hemodialysis room were summarized and analyzed, and appropriate care measures were proposed for practical implementation. Results: after a detailed analysis of all aspects of blood dialysis room hospital infection, strict infection control measures were developed and implemented, which could effectively control the spread of hepatitis virus infection and improve the quality of life of patients, as well as protecting medical staff to the greatest extent.
