Objective:To investigate the incidence of transvesical prostatectomy complications after suprapubic, control method is applied to analyze the complications. Methods:50 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia patients during 2006 to 2014 in our hospital were chosen in March March as the object of study, al patients underwent suprapubic transvesical prostatectomy, including 48 cases with epidural anesthesia, 2 cases due to other reasons by endotracheal anesthesia, retrospectively, the occurrence of complications in all patients after operation. Results:the occurrence rate of complications was 50%in this group of patients with postoperative bladder spasm, which accounted for 24%, incision infection accounted for 12%, urethral stricture and stress ulcer each accounted for 4%, temporary inconti-nence, pulmonary infection, short- time urine leakage cases each accounted for 2%. All patients were given corresponding treatment, were all cured. Conclusion:the suprapubic transvesical prostatectomy is safe and reliable, high cure rate, low recurrence rate, easy to op-erate, but the postoperative complication rate is high, should constantly improve surgical skills, strengthen the nursing after the operation, reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications.
