护理实习生对化疗药物职业暴露及防护现状调查

摘要
目的：：调查护理实习生在临床实习期间对化疗药物职业暴露及防护知识的掌握现状，分析存在问题，探讨有效的培训方法：为护理教学及临床实习管理提供依据。方法采用自设问卷，对某三甲综合医院100名护理实习生进行问卷调查。结果：院校和教学医院对护理实习生的化疗药物职业防护教育培训存在缺陷，缺乏的系统性和持续性，护理实习生化疗药物职业防护认知水平普遍较低。结论：护理学校、医院应重视护生对化疗药物及自身防护知识的培训，提高护理实习生对化疗药的防护意识。
Abstract
Objective:To have an investigation of the knowledge about the occupational exposure and protectiontochemotherapeutic drugs among thestudentnurses during clinical practice. To analysis of the existing problems and to explore the effective training method, which would provide a basis fornursing teaching and?clinicalpractice management.Method:Questionnaire was designed and investigaed in100 student nurses from a tertiary comprehensive hospital.Result:Medical Colleges and teaching hospital have defects in training about the knowledge about the drugsoccupational exposure andprotection to chemotherapy,and lack of systematic and persistent. The cogni-tive level ofoccupational exposureand protection tochemotherapywas generally low.Conclusions:The school and hospital should pay at-tentionto the training of chemotherapeutic drugs protection, so as to improve self- protection awarenessto chemotherapy in student nurses.
