摘要
目的：探讨急诊彩超在各类急性腹痛患者检查中的应用价值。方法：对357例急性腹痛患者采用腹部、浅表和腔内探头进行扫查，并对其结果进行分类、分析及总结。结果：357例急性腹痛患者中经急诊彩超确诊的为322例，急诊彩超与临床的符合率为90%。结论：彩超诊断急性腹痛，具有无创性、简便快捷的特点及较高的符合率，是首选的检查方法。
Abstract
[Objective:To investigate the value of The Colour Doppler Ultrasound in the acute abdominal pain disease. Method:357 cases of patients with acute abdominal pain were to be scaned by the abdominal,superficial and intracavity probe. The results were collected to classify,summary and analyse. Results:322 of 357 cases of acute abdominal pain in patients were diagnosed exactly by The Colour Doppler Ultrasound in emergency.The rate of The Colour Doppler Ultrasound that consistent with the clinical is 90%. Conclusion:The Colour Doppler Ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute abdominal pain,is non-invasive,simple , timely and higher consistent.It is the first medical examination.
