干扰素释放试验对结核性胸膜炎辅助诊断价值

摘要
目的：：探讨干扰素释放试验检测对结核性胸膜炎的诊断价值。方法：选取176例结核性胸膜炎患者为试验组，158例非结核性胸膜炎患者为对照组，观察两组干扰素释放试验的结果，分析其在结核性胸膜炎诊断中的敏感度和特异度。结果：干扰素释放试验对结核性胸膜炎诊断敏感度和特异度分别为：87.5%，82.9%；阳性预测值与阴性预测值分别为：85.1%，85.6%。结论：干扰素释放试验对结核性胸膜炎的诊断有较高的价值。
Abstract
Objective To investigate thevalueof Interferon- gamma release assay inthe diagnosisof tuberculous pleurisy. Meth-ods176cases of tuberculous pleurisypatientswere selected as experimental group,158cases of non tuberculous patientsas control group.The results of the Interferon- gamma release assay wereobservedintwogroups;to analyze sensitivity andspecificity in?thediagnosisoftubercu-louspleurisy.Results The sensitivity and specificityof Interferon- gamma release assay were 87.5%, 82.9%. respectively;The positive pre-dictive value and negative predictive value were:85.1%, 85.6%;Conclusion Interferon- gamma release assay has higher value on diagnosis of tuberculous pleurisy.
