Objective: To study the efficacy of Bifid Triple Viable Capsule to t1reat gastrointestinal bleeding associated with NSAIDs. Methods:21 patients with hemorrhage of lower digestive tract, who visited our hospital in June 2012- June 2014 , were ran-domly divided into treatment group and control group. Case in both groups received basic treatment, including parenteral nutrition, an-ti- infection treatment and fluid infusion. Case in control group received intravenous Somatostatin besides basic treatment, and cases in treatment group received intravenous Somatostain and oral Bifid Triple Viable Capsule besides the basic treatment. The clinical efficacy in both groups was evaluated after treatment. Results:The effective rate in treatment group was 81.8%, which was significantly higher than in control group (p?0.05). Conclusion:Bifid Triple Viable Capsule has effective treatment to treat gastrointestinal bleeding associat-ed with NSAIDs.
