Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of pioglitazone combined with clomiphene in treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods:in our hospital treated 40 cases of polycystic ovary syndrome patients as the research object, in the clinical treatment of different which is defined as the control group and the observation group, 20 cases in each group, the control group were treated with clomiphene treatment, observation group were treated with pioglitazone combined with clomiphene Fen treatment, two groups were observed in patients with therapeutic effect. Results: the therapeutic effect of observation group is obviously higher than the control group, P<0.05;and after treatment with luteinizing hormone, follicle stimulating hormone, fasting insulin, ovarian size, fol icle number changes are also significantly better than the patients in the control group, P<0.05, with significant difference. Conclusion:pioglitazone combined with clomiphene significant therapeutic effect in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome, can improve the patients with ovarian status and hormone levels, improve the quality of life of patients, is worthy of wide range of application and promotion in clinical practice.
