Objective:To investigate the effectof oral contraceptive Marvelon after curettageafter incomplete durg.Methods:200 cases with early pregnancy to be taken curettage after incomplete drug abortion in the?Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University were divided into treatment group with 100 cases taken Marvelon on the first day after curettage,for three cycles and control guoup with 100 cases used condoms. Oral antibiotics and Motherwort- film were used in both groups.Results:The average volume and time of vaginal bleed-ing and the duration of the next menstrual recovery time in treatment group were less than that in control group and the difference was significant (P<0.05).The rates of complications after curettage were less in treatment group.No pregnancy occurred in treatment group. Conclusion: Marvelon taken after curettageafter incomplete durg effective contraception, and reduce the amount of bleeding,bleeding time, promoting menstrual cycle recovery.
