Objective To discusss Application effect of nurse career planning and management at different stages in the process of nursing personnel training Method Selecting 106 clinical nurses and provide them with dual career paths under career planning theory. Targeted management and planning is applied to nurses at different stages by perfect Career planning support and protection system. NPVS and NJSS are applied to observe changes of nurse professional values and job satisfaction before and after implement of this pro-gram. Result Each dimension scores were improved after implement of this program. This difference has statistics implication (p<0.05);Hospitalized patient satisfaction has increased 3.9% . Nurses educational backround has enhanced significantly and the number of provincial and municipal specialist nurses has increased year by year. Conclusion After implement of career planning and management, nurse job satisfaction and sense of accomplishment has raised significantly, and nursing talent echelon has showed a good momentum of development.
