Objective:To study the survey of hepatobiliary patients with intensive treatment of the diet and psychological guidance value, then the effective basis for the clinical application of the guidance and offered. Methods:the study object selection in the process of research for the Institute for treatment of 100 cases of such patient, in 2013 May to 2014 August were selected as the main period of time, intervention measures of different kinds of patients according to the random way, use, put it into two categories, there are 50 cases of the patients in the control group, routine nursing intervention in clinical period for providing out there;the observation group of 50 patients, on the basis of routine nursing, in clinical on psychological counseling and guidance of diet to strengthen. Results: through comparative analysis of clinical, nursing satisfaction in patients in the observation group than in the control group in the patients with obvious advantage (p<0.05). Conclusion:during the treatment of hepatobiliary patients psychological counseling and guidance of diet to strengthen, to improve the patients psychological condition wil bring very great help, then the patient satisfaction reasonable up, in which the very considerable application value.
