As the increased society’s demands for medical and health services, the hospital is in great need of highly- competent people. And the education of medical postgraduate students undertakes this important business. So that how to improve the quality- oriented education of medical postgraduate students is one of the most important parts of teaching management. We apply the PDCA circulation to the quality- oriented education of medical postgraduate students in our university, and continuously standardize the activity of teaching management, through continuously finding new problems, plans and carrying out and deal with them to find new problem, revise plans, carry out, check and then deal with them, and keep circulating, so as to improve the quality- oriented education of medical postgraduate students in our university.
