温度敏感型纳米通道用于药物控制释放研究

目的:研究温度敏感型纳米通用于药物控制释放研究。方法:将温度敏感型聚合物聚N-异丙基丙烯酰胺修饰到纳米通道内,制备温度敏感型纳米通道。结果:制备的温度敏感型纳米通道在25℃和37℃下呈现不同的形貌,可以用来控制药物的释放速率。
Objective:Study of thermo- responsive nanopore used indrug delivery. Method:Polycarbonate membranes were func-tionally modified with PNIPAm, and then the properties of these functional temperature responsive membranes were investigated . Re-sults:the Diameter of the nanochannels decreased at 25℃and increased at 37℃, and the nanopores can be used to control the drug de-livery at different rate.
