Objective:To analyze the clinical effects of the treatment for hypertension with hyperlipidemia by amlodipine and ator-vastatin. Methods: 110 patients who suffered from the hypertension with hyperlipidemia and who accepted treatment in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2013 were taken as the research objects, and these patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 55 patients in each group. In the control group, they were treated with the amlodipine while in the ob-servation group, they were treated with the amlodipine and atorvastatin. After one course of treatment, that is, four weeks, the clinical effects and the occurrence situations of adverse reactions of these two groups were compared. Outcome:After treatments, the TG level and the TC level in both observation group and the control group decreased evidently. In addition, the TG level and the TC level in the observation group were evidently lower than that in the control group and the differences had the sta-tistical significance (P<0.05). In addition, in the observation group, two of patients suffered from the adverse reactions, comparing with 10 in the control group and the differences had the statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion:The clinical effects of the treatment for hypertension with hyperlipidemia by amlodipine and atorvastatin are certain, which have high safety and few adverse reactions. Thus, it should be promoted in the clinic applications.
