Objective To investigate the influence of propofol on heart bypass surgery in patients with respiratory index and chest compliance. Methods within our hospital from March 2012 to March 2014 were treated bypass heart surgery patient sample, selected 68 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group received propofol after induction of anesthesia, the control group received physiological saline, in extracorporeal circulation before (T1), after aortic 10min (T2), after completion of CPB 10min (T3) and 1h (T4), dynamic lung compliance, compliance system detects chest and observe breathing index changes. Results There were operative time, CPB time and aortic clamping time did not change significantly (P>0.05);before cardiopulmonary bypass, patients were breathing index, dynamic lung compliance, compliance chest was no significant difference (P>0.05);after aortic bypass is completed after 10min and 10min, 60min, respiratory index in the experimental group than the control group (P<0.05), dynamic lung compliance, compliance chest higher (P<0.05). Conclusion Propofol look into the patient's respiratory index and the impact of compliance on the chest cardiopulmonary bypass heart surgery.
