objective: to study the joint fracture absorbable screws for the treatment of clinical curative effect, in order to improve patient treatment effect and provides some references for the quality of life. Methods:the clinical data from our hospital in February 2008 to October 2012 joint fracture patients, a total of 68 cases. Randomly divided into two groups, control group adopts the traditional in-ternal fixation surgery, the team is the implementation of absorbable screw fixation surgery treatment, efficacy and safety of two groups of comparison. Results:the treatment group patients was 91.2%, significantly higher than that of control group 70.6%of the crop, statisti-cally significant difference (P<0.05). Team of patient satisfaction is significantly higher than the control group after treatment, compli-cation incidence was significantly lower than the control group, the data statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion:in joint fractures treated with absorbable screws treatment is more advantageous to improve the patient's symptoms, conforms to biomechanical characteristics, improve patient satisfaction, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, improve the prognosis of patients quality of life, is worth popularization and application.
