purpose:for laparoscopic colon resection of perioperative application value to research the special psychological nursing. Selection methods: our hospital in February 2012 to April 2013 46 patients undergoing laparoscopic colorectal cancer resection as the research object, and randomly divided into two groups, namely the intervention group and control group. Control group of patients in perioperative period of traditional nursing mode, and on the basis of the implementation of special intervention group patients psycho-logical care, compared two groups of patients before and after the intervention of emotions and nursing satisfaction. Results:the nursing intervention group patients satisfaction higher than that of control group, the total satisfaction of nursing intervention group patients was 95.65%, control group patients nursing overall satisfaction rate was 65.22%, two groups of patients were compared with situation with statistical difference (P<0.05). Meanwhile the anxiety and depression of the intervention group was better than control group patients, two groups of patients were compared with statistical y significant difference, and P<0.05. Conclusion:laparoscopic resection of col-orectal cancer patients in perioperative period of the implementation of special psychological nursing has a significant effect, not only to eliminate the patient's bad mood, at the same time also played an important role on the prognosis of patients.
