objective:to study and explore methotrexate combined mifepristone clinical curative effect for the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Selection methods:from January 2010 to June 2014, our hospital 80 cases of ectopic pregnancy patients as the research ob-ject, according to different treatment methods were divided into control group (40 cases, methotrexate therapy), the observation group (40 cases, methotrexate combined mifepristone treatment), compared the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients. Results:the obser-vation group of patients after treatment of block size, bloodΒ- hCG levels, adverse reaction rates were significantly lower than control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);Observation group of patients after total effective treatment (95.0%) is signifi-cantly higher than the control group after treatment in patients with the treatment of total effective rate (77.5%), the difference was sta-tistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:joint mifepristone methotrexate in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy, may reduce the inci-dence of adverse reactions, improve the effect of treatment, and security is good, can promote the patient recover better, worthy of clin-ical popularization and application.
