摘要
目的：研究和探讨米非司酮联合止痛化症胶囊治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效。方法：选取2009年6月~2014年6月我院收治的90例子宫内膜异位症患者为研究对象，按治疗方法不同分为观察组（45例，米非司酮联合止痛化症胶囊治疗），对照组（45例，常规方法治疗），对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果：观察组患者治疗总有效率（95.6%）显著高于对照组治疗总有效率（77.8%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者不良反应总发生率（13.3%）显著低于对照组不良反应总发生率（44.4%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：米非司酮联合止痛化症胶囊治疗子宫内膜异位症，可降低不良反应发生率，提高治疗效果，值得临床广泛应用。
Abstract
objective: to study and explore joint pain, mifepristone disease clinical curative effect of capsule in the treatment of en-dometriosis. Selection methods:June 2009~June 2014 90 example of our hospital intrauterine membrane endometriosis patients as the research object, according to different treatment methods were divided into observation group (45 cases, mifepristone combined analgesia capsule treatment) and control group (45 cases, conventional treatment), compared the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients. Results:the total effective rate of observation group patients (95.6%) is significantly higher than the control group total effective rate (77.8%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);Incidence of adverse reactions to the total observation group patients (13.3%) was signifi-cantly lower than control group in incidence of adverse reactions to the total (44.4%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:mifepristone combined pain disease capsule in the treatment of endometriosis, and can decrease the incidence of adverse re-actions, and improve the effect of treatment, and is worth wide application in the clinical practice.
