Objective:To explore the cause,delayed intracranialhematomainjuries were treated bydecompressive craniectomyafter severe braintreatment,preventive measures,improve the success rate of resuscitationof patients with severe craniocerebral injury,improve the prognosis.Methods:To review therescue process andprognosis of recurrentintracranial hemorrhagecasesin our departmentofanalysis-previously treated17 cases of unilateraldecompressive craniectomyafter.Results:11 cases got good recoveryin 17 cases of this groupof pa-tients,moderate disability in 2 cases,severe disability in 1 cases,plant survival of 1 cases,2 cases of death.Conclusion:traumatic brain injury-patients with postoperativedelayed intracranialhematomaisan important factoraffects the prognosis of patients,resulting inpatients with se-vere craniocerebral injurydeath,disability.Early prevention,early detection,timelytreatment can significantlyimprove the prognosis of the patients.
