摘要
目的：了解早期妊娠合并精神分裂症终止妊娠手术治疗方法及术后注意事项。方法：对我院20例早期妊娠合并精神分裂症终止妊娠患者进行分析。结果：20例患者手术中有13例能很好配合，有7例不能配合。在取得患者家属知情同意并进行遵医嘱保护性约束措施，20例患者均一次手术成功。结论：精神分裂症合并早期妊娠是一个不能忽视的群体，是一个复杂而又棘手的问题，为保证手术安全，术前积极开展健康教育和心理治疗，减轻患者对手术的恐惧心理和痛苦，需要妇产科医生、精神科医生、护士、患者积极配合，家属共同参与支持。
Abstract
objective:to understand the early pregnancy with schizophrenia termination of pregnancy surgery method and the mat-ters needing attention. Methods: 20 patients with early termination pregnancy with schizophrenia patients were analyzed. Results: 20 patients with surgery in 13 cases can cooperate well, there are 7 cases can't cooperate. In patients with family members informed consent and prescribed protective constraint measures, 20 patients had only one operation is a success. Conclusions: schizophrenia with early pregnancy is a group cannot be ignored, is a complex and difficult problems, in order to ensure the safety of the operation, preoperative actively carry out health education and psychological therapy, reduce the patients fear and pain of surgery, need of obstetrics and gyne-cology doctors, psychiatrists, actively cooperate with nurses, patients and family members to participate.
