肿瘤放射治疗中低熔点铅适形挡块与MLC运用

摘要
目的:探讨肿瘤放射治疗中LML(低熔点铅)适形挡块与Multi-Leaf Collimator(MLC,多叶光栅)的使用选择。方法:通过对比照射野适形度,构造,半影,使用方式,维护等。结果:低熔点铅适形挡块的照射适形度一致性较好漏射线少,MLC的时效性更好,为调强放疗的实现提供了条件。结论:LML挡块在普通放疗及非直线固定野三维适形放射治疗(Three-Dimen-sional Conformal Radiotherapy3D-CRT)中有优势,MLC在直线构成的规则或不规则野的3DCRT及调强放疗中有优势。
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the options for LML conformal blocks and MLC in tumor radiotherapy. Methods:By comparing the conformal degree of the exposure field, the structure, the penumbra, the use as well as the maintenance. Results: LML blocks are more consistent in the conformal degree of exposure with low radiation leakage, while MLC is more time-effective and helpful for the realization of IMRT. Conclusion: LML blocks have more advantages in conventional radiotherapy and non-linear 3DCRT, while MLC have more advantages in IMRT as well as regular or irregular 3DCRT formed by straight lines.
