I类切口围手术期预防用抗菌药物调查分析

摘要
目的：：分析某二甲院I类切口围手术期预防性使用抗菌药物的合理性。方法：抽取2014年1-6月Ⅰ类切口手术病例，回顾性调查分析预防性使用抗菌药物情况。结果：I类切口围手术期抗菌药物使用率为25.7%，使用最多的是头孢呋辛。使用抗菌药物的229例病例中，术前0.5-2h的197例（86%），术后用药时间不大于48h的144例（63%），未发现联合用药情况。结论：某院I类切口手术围手术期抗菌药物已取得较大成就，但仍存在少数问题如用药选择不当，预防用药时机不佳，疗程偏长等问题需要进一步规范。
Abstract
Objective To analysis perioperative prophylactic uses of antibacterials in 899 type I incision operations.Methods:We ret-rospectively analyzed the antibacterials use of type I incision operations,from January 2014 to June 2014.Results:The percentage of an-tibacterial prophylactic use was 25.7%;in the 229 cases used antibacterials, the number of using antibacterials 0.5-2h before perations was 197 (86%) .144 cases (63%) used antibacterials less than 2d. Not found the drug combination. Conclusion:Our hospital type I incision operation during perioperative period of antimicrobial drugs has made great achievement, But there are still some problems in the aspects of antibacterial selection, Preventive medication timing and longer Treatment.
