摘要
目的：：探讨清热六花汤治疗痤疮的临床疗效。方法：选取我院收治的100例痤疮患者为研究对象，将其随机分为治疗组和对照组，其中治疗组68例，口服清热六花汤进行治疗，对照组32例，采取抗生素米诺环素治疗，两组患者均治疗6周，并随访3个月，对比分析两组患者的治疗效果及复发率。结果：治疗组治疗总有效率为86.76%，对照组为68.75%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。3个月内治疗组患者复发率为18.64%，对照组复发率为54.55%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论：清热六花汤治疗痤疮疗效高、复发率低，有较高的临床推广价值。
Abstract
objective:to study the clinical curative effect of treating acne clear heat six flower soup. Selection methods:our hospital 100 cases of acne patients as the research object, its were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the treatment group 68 examples, six flower soup oral heat treatment, the control group, 32 cases treated with antibiotic minocycline, two groups of patients were six weeks of treatment, and follow-up of 3 months, comparison and analysis the curative effect of two groups of patients and the recurrence rate. Results:treatment group total effective rate was 86.76%, the control group was 68.75%, the difference comparing the two groups have statistical significance (P<0.05). Recurrence rate was 18.64%in treatment group patients within 3 months, the control group recurrence rate was 54.55%, the more similar between the two groups have statistical significance (P < 0.01). Conclusion: six flower soup treating acne clear heat high curative effect, the recurrence rate is low, have high clinical value.
