摘要
目的：：分析中药贴敷联合中药雾化吸入治疗小儿肺炎的临床效果。方法：选取我院2012年12月-2014年5月收治的94例小儿肺炎患者，将其随机分为观察组和对照组各47例，对照组给予西医常规治疗，观察组给予中药贴敷联合中药雾化吸入治疗，比较两组患儿症状、体征消失时间及临床疗效。结果：观察组患儿发热消失时间、呼吸音恢复时间、胸片恢复时间、住院时间分别为（3.43±0.98）d、（4.52±1.05）d、（6.67±2.24）d、（8.03±2.31）d，均明显少于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义，P<0.01；且观察组治疗总有效率为95.7%，明显高于对照组，两组比较有统计学差异，P<0.05。结论：中药贴敷联合中药雾化吸入治疗可有效缓解肺炎患儿体征和症状，缩短病程，效果显著，值得临床推广。
Abstract
objective to analyze the patches apply joint Chinese medicine clinical effect of atomization inhalation in the treatment of infantile pneumonia. Methods from December 2012 to May 2012 treated 94 cases of pediatric patients with pneumonia, it were ran-domly divided into observation group and control group (n=47), the control group given conventional western medicine treatment, patients in observation group was given apply with Chinese traditional medicine atomization inhalation therapy, compared two groups of children with symptoms and signs disappeared time and clinical curative effect. Results observation group with fever disappear time, breathing sound recovery time, chest radiograph recovery time, length of hospital stay, respectively (3.43+0.98), (4.52-1.05) d, d (6.67+2.24), (8.03-2.31), d, d were significantly less than the control group, two groups of comparison difference is statistically significant, P<0.01;Treatment the total effective rate was 95.7%, and observation group was obviously higher than that of control group, two groups are statistically significant, P< 0.05). Conclusion the patients apply joint aerosol inhalation treatment can effectively alleviate the signs and symptoms in children with pneumonia, shorten the course of the disease, the effect is remarkable, worth clinical promotion.
