摘要
目的：：探讨护理综合干预对COPD患者无创机械通气治疗的临床效果。方法：选择我院收治的50例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者为研究对象，根据临床护理方案的不同将其分为对照组与观察组，对照组患者给予常规护理，观察组患者给予护理干预，比较两组患者的护理效果。结果：观察组患者的住院时间、通气时间、血气指标情况明显优于对照组患者，p＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论：护理综合干预对COPD患者无创机械通气治疗的临床效果比较好，可以提高患者的治疗效果，改善其临床症状，缩短住院时间，提高患者的生存质量，具有较高的临床使用价值。
Abstract
objective:to study the general nursing intervention for patients with COPD the clinical effect of noninvasive mechanical ventilation treatment. Methods:our hospital of 50 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease as the research object, according to different clinical nursing program will be divided into control group and observation group, control group with routine nursing care, observation group patients give nursing intervention, compare the nursing effect of two groups of patients. Results:observation group of patients in hospital time, aeration time, blood gas index is obviously better than the control group patients, p < 0.05, the difference is statistically significant. Conclusion: general nursing intervention of noninvasive mechanical ventilation therapy in patients with COPD clinical effect is better, can improve the treatment effect of patients, improve the clinical symptoms, shorten hospitalization time, improve the patient's quality of life, has the high value of clinical use.
