摘要
目的：观察卡介菌多糖核酸联合地氯雷他定治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法：将126例患者随机分成两组，治疗组给予卡介菌多糖核酸联合地氯雷他定治疗，对照组仅给予地氯雷他定口服。分别对用药过程中及用药后15天、1个月的病情控制情况进行观察。结果：结果显示用药后15天、一个月治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组（分别为2=7.354，P<0.05；2=13.807， P<0.01）。结论：卡介菌多糖核酸联合地氯雷他定治疗慢性荨麻疹安全有效，可以有效控制症状。
Abstract
Object To evaluate the effect of BCG Polysaccharide and Nucleic Acid injection combined Desloratadine in chronic ur-ticaria. Methods 126 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups:treatment group, administered with BCG Polysaccharide and Nu-cleic Acid injection combined Desloratadine;and control group, administered with Desloratadine, the course was 15 days and 1 month. Results the total efficient of the treatment group in 15day and 1 month were significantly higher than that of control group (2=7.354, P<0.05;2=13.807, P<0.01). Conclusion BCG Polysaccharide and Nucleic Acid injection combined Desloratadine can effectively im-prove the symptoms of chronic urticaria with no adverse reactions.
