Objective:To investigate the myocardial ischemia in patients, application of cinepazide maleate for clinical effect in the treatment of. Methods:select our hospital patients with cardiac ischemia in 70 cases were analyzed, and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 35 cases in each group. The control group conventional treatment scheme, the observation group was based on the use of Cinepazide maleate. To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups of patients and incidence of adverse reactions. Results:in the observation group, the incidence rate of adverse reaction was 14.3%, 11.4%in the control group, the difference between the groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05). But the observation of patients in the treatment group the total effective rate (94.3%) was significantly higher than the control group (77.1%patients), after treatment, blood viscosity, platelet adhesion rate index is better than the control group, P <0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion:cinepazide maleate application has a good effect on myocardial ischemic patients, can improve the clinical treatment effect, improving hemorheology, and adverse reaction is less, is a safe and effective treatment method.
