Objective: To compare the clinical effect of treatment of cataract nuclear chopping operation with smal incision and phacoemulsification. Methods:in our hospital in 2011 July- 2013 year in August received cataract 60 cases, divided into two groups ac-cording to the clinical treatment of intention (observation group, control group), two patients were surface anesthesia, the patients in ob-servation group were underwent small incision, chop, the control group underwent phacoemulsification, compared the clinical efficacy. Results:the two groups after the corresponding targeted clinical treatment, visual acuity improved significantly, but the difference be-tween groups was not significant (P>0.05). Conclusion:during the clinical treatment of cataract nuclear chopping operation, small inci-sion and phacoemulsification has safety, reliability, a significant, but small incision and chop the clinical effect is better, is worthy of pro-motion.
