Objective:To investigate the fibula myocutaneous flap and implant in the maxillofacial tissue defect reconstruction char-acteristic function. Methods:31cases of maxillofacial tissuedefect patients, underwentfibula myocutaneousflapand implant treatment, car-ryout phaseIIoperationin1 monthsafteroperation,theproductionof implantsupported denture. Results: the denture good rate,occlusion 3 months and 6 months of flap survival rateand speech function is 1 months after surgery showed no significant change (P>0.05);but the 1 monthsperiod II after operation 3 months and 6 months of patient satisfaction and lower limb function recovery rate significantly high-er than post operation (P<0.05).Conclusion:the fibula free flap and implant treatment of maxillofacial soft tissuedefect with good effect, short- term and long- term curative effect is good, can be used.
