objective:combined with clinical diagnosis experience, analysis conclusion transurethral plasma arc cutting technique ex-perience for the treatment of high risk patients with hyperplasia of prostate. Methods:a retrospective analysis, from June 2004 to June 2014 alone, 120 cases of the treatment of bipolar transurethral plasma cutting high risk patients with hyperplasia of prostate as the research object. Combined with patients before and after treatment the international prostate symptom score, quality of life score, maximum uri-nary flow rate to improve the situation, analysis of therapeutic effect. Results:compared with before treatment, the treatment of patients after the prostate score, quality of life score, and the patients gained significant improvement in maximum urinary flow rate, contrast be-fore and after significant difference (P<0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion:bipolar transurethral plasma cutting technique is a high risk of prostate hyperplasia with obvious therapeutic effect, can effectively improve patient quality of life, is suitable for clinical ap-plication.
