摘要
近年来靶控输注技术（TCI）已经在临床中得到广泛应用，因其操作控制性强、操作简单准确[1]，在基层医院也逐渐得到推广应用。由于基层医院相应的设备、设施和人员的缺乏，TCI在临床上应用存在一定的限制。本院自2013年8月以来，应用TCI做全麻手术近200例，积累了一些经验，最大限度地发挥TCI的优势，力求全麻过程更安全、有效、易于控制。
Abstract
Target controlled infusion (TCI) technology in recent years has been widely used in clinical, because of its strong opera-tion control, simply and accurately operation [1], also gradually is widely used in basic- level hospitals. Because the basic- level hospitals of the lack of the corresponding equipment, facilities and personnel, TCI in clinic application there is a certain limit. In our hospital since August 2013, nearly 200 cases of application of TCI anesthesia surgery, accumulated some experience, maximize the strengths of TCI, strive to general anesthesia process more safe, effective and easy to control.
