Objective:somatostatin combined with esomeprazole sodium in the treatment of acute non variceal upper gastrointesti-nal massive hemorrhage curative effect. Method:non variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding in 76 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 38 cases. Were treated with conventional therapy, the control group using esomeprazole sodium treatment, in the treatment group therapy plus somatostatin, hemostatic effect, compared two groups of patients with clinical ef-ficacy and adverse drug reaction. Results:after treatment, the treatment group of the hemostatic effect was 90.6%, significantly higher than the control group (69.7%) (P<0.01);the treatment group the total clinical effective rate was 92.32%, significantly higher than that in control group 71.82%, two groups of clinical curative effect obvious difference (P<0.05). Conclusion:somatostatin combined with esomeprazole sodium and single use of esomeprazole sodium compared, in the treatment of acute non variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding in large more effective.
