To investigate the clinical study of smal Dachengqitang and Magnolia three things soup analysis and pharmacological ef-fects. Methods:healthy rats as subjects, weighing about 250g or so, male or female, a total of 100, according to a random number table 100 mice were divided into four groups, each 25, defined as group A and group B group C, D groups. A select group B and fasted for 12 hours, then give compound diphenoxylate 10mg/kg, in the two hours after taking the model prepared constipation. Then the group A and group B rats were fed ink to black suits contain small Dachengqitang (2g/kg) or Magnolia officinalis three Wu- Tang (2g/kg), and add the normal rats diets with pure water. Observed in group A and B will be discharged black rats first time and will be discharged within six hours of black dots. For group C, D group were administered 0.015% ammonia 5ml, given after taking taking small Dachengqitang (2g/kg) or Magnolia officinalis three Wu- Tang (2g/kg) immediately. Observation group C, D group were cough cough latency and number. The results:A group and B group first defecation time will be discharged within six hours of black dots, re-spectively (122.7 ± 32.4分钟, 5.9 ± 2.4 points), (74.5 ± 52.3分钟, 3.4 ± 2.7 points), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);group C, group D rats cough cough latency and the number was (85.8 ± 12.7秒, 62.4 ± 12.9 times), (96.5 ± 10.5秒, 56.9 ± 13.5 times), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:This study suggests that small Dachengqitang strong lax-ative effect, Magnolia three things soup cough effect is obvious.
