当前医院护理人力资源管理存在的问题及对策--以四川省营山县人民医院为例

本文介绍医院护理人力资源管理中存在的问题:床护比不达标,临床护士人力不足,招聘护士流动性大,护理人员整体素质提升缓慢,管理方式简单落后与合理配置的矛盾。分析其原因:包括卫生体制改革的影响,护理需求增加,护理人员职业待遇低,队伍不稳定。提出相应的对策:完善按职称上岗的护理管理模式;落实责任制整体护理;加强护理内涵建设;提高合同制护士的薪酬待遇,保证临床护理人员合理配置;提高临床护理质量。
This paper introduces the existence of nursing human resource management problems in the hospital bed/ nurse ratio:standard, clinical nurse manpower shortage, recruitment of nurses fluidity big, the whole diathesis of the nursing staff improve slowly, contradictory management mode is simple and reasonable allocation of the backward. Analysis of its causes:the impact of including the reform of health system, nursing demand increases, occupation treatment nursing staff is low, the instability of the team. Put forward the corresponding countermeasures:improving the nursing management mode according to the title of posts;to implement the responsibility system to strengthen the connotation construction of holistic nursing care;nursing;improving the contract system nurse salary treatment, ensure the reasonable configuration of clinical nursing staff;improve the quality of clinical nursing.
