摘要

目的：提示磁共振技术员在3D CE—MRA椎动脉成像要优先选择右肘静脉注射造影剂。方法：随机抽取本院3D CE—MRA椎动脉成像200例，从左肘静脉和右肘静脉注射造影剂各100例对照研究。结果：右肘静脉注射者未见造影剂明显分流，引起椎动脉图像质量降低和影响椎动脉的临床诊断。左肘静脉注射者有9例出现严重的造影剂从头颈部静脉分流，而严重降低椎动脉图像质量和影响椎动脉的临床诊断。结论：3D CE—MRA椎动脉成像时优先选择右肘静脉注射造影剂。

Abstract

Object:To investigate the quality of 3D- CE- MRA acquired by the way of injecting the contrast agent via bilateral e-blow vein. Method:To analysis the quality of 100 cases of 3D- CE- MRA acquired by the way of injecting the contrast agent via right eblow? vein and left eblow vein randomly and separately. Result:The quality of 3D- CE- MRA was good acquired by the way of in-jecting the contrast agent via right eblow vein without contrast agent shunting, the quality of 9 cases of 3D- CE- MRA was poor with the contrast agent shunting and the diagnostic value decrease. Occlusion:It is best to inject the contrast agent via right eblow vein when perform 3D- CE- MRA.
