摘要
目的：思考医院建设护理教研室的必要性及重要性。方法：我院护理教研室通过对临床护理工作的检查，对护理操作技术进行抽考，针对存在的问题进行讲解，培训及考核。结果：提高护理水平和护理质量。结论：通过检查，抽考的方式发现问题，及时讲解，培训，规范护理操作和提高护理质量。
Abstract
Objective:necessity of Nursing Department of the hospital construction and the importance of thinking. Methods:Nurs-ing Department of our hospital through the clinical nursing work inspection, examination of of nursing operation technique, aiming at the existing problem of explaining, training and assessment. Results:to improve the level of nursing and the nursing quality. Conclusion:through the examination, examination way to found the problem, timely briefings, training, standardize the nursing operation and im-prove the quality of nursing.
