随着医疗技术的发展,呼吸机辅助呼吸技术运用十分广泛,利用其治疗各种诱因引起低氧血症效果显著,AEC-Ⅱ细胞容易受到空气和血液的损害,机械通气时气道压力变化、氧气浓度的变化以及肺泡的被动运动均可以直接造成AEC-Ⅱ功能损伤和形态变化。长时间吸入高氧浓度可引起AEC-Ⅱ凋亡,导致新生儿支气管肺发育不良、成人急性呼吸窘迫综合症(ARDS)等,近年来国内外研究发现高氧肺损伤致AEC-Ⅱ凋亡过程中,伴有微小RNA(microRNA or miRNA)表达谱的明显改变,现对高氧肺损伤致AEC-Ⅱ凋亡中mircoRNA表达的研究进展进行综述。
