Objective:To explore the white blood cell count in patients with sepsis and dynamic changes of serum procalcitonin and C- reactive protein, in order to improve their diagnostic and prognostic value. Methods:January 2012 choose to take in children with sepsis in children with healthy- 2014 December hospital stay for treatment of all 90 cases were divided into sepsis group and the normal group, children with two extraction 2ml blood, and children with blood leukocyte count (WBC), serum procalcitonin (PCT) and C-reactive protein (CRP) for dynamic testing. Results:After testing, 90 cases of children with sepsis group, the WBC, CRP, PCT positive standard were much higher than the normal group, PCT is particularly evident, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant.Con-clusion: The dynamic monitoring WBC, CRP, PCT helps diagnose pediatric sepsis, while the relationship between severity of PCT values more closely correlated with sepsis, sepsis can be judged according to changes in PCT levels in children with clinical y severity, for symptomatic treatment.
