Objective:To analyze echocardiography left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) value in the clinical diagnosis and treat-ment of heart failure in elderly multiple etiologies (MHFE) patients. Methods:In my hospital department treated from January 2014 to December 2014 during the 82 cases MHFE patients in this group research as the observed object, according to LVEF test results will be divided into normal group (43 cases) and decreased group (39 cases ), both groups were given conventional treatment after admission, compared to levels before and after treatment in both groups LVEF changes. Results:Before treatment, LVEF was significantly higher than normal levels drop group, with statistical significance, P <0.05; after treatment, LVEF level no significant changes in the normal group, LVEF reduction in the level of treatment group was significantly higher than before, and still after treatment was significantly lower than the normal group, with statistical significance, P<0.05. Conclusion:The prognosis MHFE echocardiography in patients with LVEF has important reference value can be used as an effective basis for assessment and treatment of cardiac function monitoring.
