目的：探讨腹腔镜下胃切除术的手术配合经验。方法：对6例成功行腹腔镜下胃切除术患者的手术配合要点进行分析和总结。结果：6例患者腹腔镜辅助全胃切除术术程顺利，手术时间2--4 h ，平均3 h；术中出血量50－100 mL ，平均64mL；术后随访1个月，无并发症发生。结论：充分的术前访视评估，完善的物品准备，术中严格的无菌操作及医护人员的熟练默契配合是腹腔镜下胃切除术成功的重要保证。

Methods 6 cases of successful laparoscopic gastric resection in patients with operation key points are analyzed and summarized. Results 6 cases with laparoscopic assisted total gas-trectomy process smoothly during operation, operation time 2- 4 h, the average 3 h;Average intraoperative blood loss, 50- 100 mL, 64 mL; 1 month postoperative fol ow- up, no complications occurred. Conclusion sufficient preoperative supervision assessment, perfect goods preparation, intraoperative strict aseptic operation and staff's understanding skilled laparoscopic gastrectomy is the important guar-antee of success.
