局部痛点阻滞配合小针刀治疗跟痛症的临床疗效观察

摘要
目的：探讨局部痛点阻滞配合小针刀治疗跟痛症的临床疗效。方法：将80例跟痛症患者随机分为治疗组（n=43）及对照组（n=37），治疗组采用局部痛点阻滞配合小针刀治疗，对照组采用单纯局部痛点阻滞术治疗。结果：治疗组和对照组均有疗效，但前者在治疗效果和临床复发率方面优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：局部痛点阻滞配合小针刀治疗跟痛症患者疗效显著，复发率低，值得进一步推广。
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of acupotomology combined with Local pain point blockade for calcanodynia. Methods 80 cases of calcanodynia were divided into two groups,the treatment Group (n=43)which was treated with acupotomology combined after Local pain point blockade and the contrast one (n=37)just local pain points blockade only.Result Both groups were effective , but the treatment one is better than the control group in the therapeutic effect and clinical reoccurrence rate, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion the technique of acupotomology combined with Local pain point blockade is worth of further promotion for calcanodynia account for its high therapeutic efficacy and lower recurrence rate.
